E-Z KENNEL PLUS v6.1 Update Now Available.

The v6.1 update is available for anyone who has previously purchased v6 of the E-Z KENNEL PLUS software. The v6.1update works on Windows 98, XP and Vista.

Before ordering the update check to see if you already have it. Just look at the installation CD or the Main menu in the program to see if it says v.6 or v.6.1. If it says v.6.1 you already have the updated files so you don’t need this file.

There are 2 ways to get the v6.1 update.

* Free via e-mail file attachment by request.

* or Send $15.00 for a replacement CD of the full program containing the updated files.

The v6.1 Update makes the following changes to the software.

The Puppy Details form does not cut off the litter registration numbers.

The Puppy Sales report shows the Ship Fee amount for each puppy accurately.

The Adult Dog Medical Records form works correctly on Windows Vista.

The Puppy Requests form works correctly on Windows Vista.

Pasting Litter Medical Routines no longer cause confusing messages to appear.

Pen Cards and Labels for Multiple Dog records now have print buttons on the forms.

The Dam Name has been added on the Available Puppies report.

The Heats Due form, column headings on screen have been corrected.

It will still be necessary to run the software in Windows XP Compatibility mode when installing on Windows Vista in order to get a product registration code to successfully unlock the program for permanent use.

You may still have complications when installing the full program if you have any Microsoft Office 2003 programs installed prior to installing E-Z KENNEL PLUS.

To correct the problem you can usually just uninstall ALL Office 2003 programs, restart the PC, then install E-Z KENNEL PLUS, enter the registration code, restart the PC again and then reinstall the Office 2003 programs and all should work fine.

You do not need to remove Office 2003 programs just to install the v6.1update file.
