Instructions for installing E-Z KENNEL PLUS v.5A
using the self extracting file ezkp5b.exe

To Downlaod from our website:

1.) Go to www.ezkennel.com, open the E-Z KENNEL PLUS page 
    and then the Downloads page.

2.) Download the file ezkp5b.exe to your hard drive where 
    you can find it.

3.) After download is complete, Locate the file on your pc. 

4.) Double click on it and an Extract Dialog box will open. 
    Don't change anything just click on the Extract button 
    in the bottom left corner. 

5.) If you are asked if you want to create the C:\ezkenel3 
    directory choose Yes.
    Note: If the directory and files already exist on your 
    hard drive from a previous installation or a previous 
    version you will be asked if you want to overwrite the
    files. You can choose yes to all unless you have 
    already entered data in the E-Z KENNEL PLUS program 
    that you want to save. If you have existing data you 
    would Not want to replace the ezdata4.mdb file because 
    that is where your data is stored. All of the files 
    needed to run the program will be extracted onto your 
    hard drive and you will get a message that the 
    extraction was completed. Click OK.

6.) Now to get your shortcut icon where you can easily find 
    it close everything and click on Start, My Computer and 
    select your hard drive, usually labeled Local Disk (C:).
    Then double click open the EZKENEL3 folder. You will 
    find a shortcut file named EZKENNEL. You can right click
    on it and choose "Pin to Start Menu" to put an icon on 
    the start menu or right click on it and choose 
    "Send to... Desktop, Create shortcut" to make a shortcut 
    on your desktop.

    There is also a shortcut in the C:\ezkenel3 folder named 
    Repair that opens the Repair and Compact utility if you 
    ever need to use it.
