Current Office Hours are 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM on Monday,
Tuesday and Thursday.
If
you need a response to a fax you must include a fax number or e-mail for us to
reply to. We do not respond to faxes by phone.
When
contacting us for Technical Support by fax: Please include the First name, Last name and
mailing address of the registered user so that we are able to find your record
and accurately assist you with the software you are using.

E-mail
We
respond to e-mail only by reply e-mail.
We do not respond to e-mail by phone.
We
check our e-mail regularly during office hours and sometimes in the evenings
and on weekends if and when we are available.

please include all correspondence concerning the question in each message until
your question has been answered. If we
have to locate a previous message in order to make sense of the new one your

offer free, unlimited technical support to our customers!
That
means we DON’T charge you for support and we DON’T limit the number of times
that you can contact us for support.
